Marty Dread is known as the Reggae Ambassador! As a recording artist, radio disc jockey, and live performer, Marty Dread draws inspiration from his tropical home on the Hawaiian island of Maui and spreads it around the world.

                                             B.E.T.  "Big Every Time" is the hottest band in Hawaii, and they are just getting started. They have an original sound that has a smooth blend of Hip-Hop, Reggae, and R&B.  "Papa 'T'" and "JD" have already taken Hawaii by storm and now they have their sights set on BIG thangs. Watch out for these guys, they are well on their way to becoming international super stars.

Their new album, "Here We Come" features guest appearances by Pato Banton, Mad Lion, Fiji, and Jamin "The Chief Ragga"...just to name a few.      This was a two man crew along with Dj Mike G when Sick Dog first started promoting them in 1998.

The name DREAD ASHANTI means only one thing; Powerful, innovative roots reggae! 

           Since 1990 when DREAD ASHANTI first formed out of Kailua town, 

they have been breaking the boundaries of race and culture with their unique sound and positive energies.

A local Reggae band from the Windward side of Oahu. 

 Most of Rocker's Rights members are former members of the infamous band Dread Ashanti. 

 

MoeMoea

A local band from the Big Island with a solid blend of ska, reggae, blues, classic rock, latin, and world beats. 

"It's about bringing positive people together and allowing then to forget about their troubles for a little while."

A local Reggae band from Oahu formally known as Dub Version

 

Brim Stulla

OOKLAH THE MOC was formed in 1997 playing a mix of roots reggae and hardcore.  Through the years and several lineup changes, Ooklah became a strictly roots dub reggae band and reached its present 8-person lineup in 2000. Instrumentation consists of Ryan   'Jah Gumby' Murakami on bass, John 'Barrucus' Davis on drums, Asher Philippart on lead, dub, and rhythm guitars, Gary Nakano on trumpet and flugelhorn, Tony Bush on trombone, and the vocal trio of Jimbo 'Ras Bird' LaPierre, 'Sista Micky' Huihui, and Nick 'Kali' Navales on lead and background vocal mixes.
